The paperboard produced has high precision and adopts leading edge adsorption type paper feeding, which makes the high-speed line spacing precision of the first and last cardboard boxes of the batch production high error ±0.5mm, and the length of the cardboard is not limited by the length of the paper feeding direction. .
4) The paper feeding rubber wheel is made of high-quality butadiene rubber, which is anti-aging and wear-resistant, so that the cardboard can be in and out without damage.
5) High-hardness gear material is made of carbon steel, which has been processed many times, with high precision, long service life and accurate transmission.
6) Lubrication method adopts spray lubrication, maintenance-free. No manual operation is required.
7) The whole machine frame wall panel is made of high quality hot rolled thick plate and imported machining center plus work ensures the accuracy of the drive train.

9) The whole machine bearing is produced by Harbin and Wafangdian, and the adjustment motor adopts Shanghai Hao Naisi products.
10) The working parameters are digital liquid crystal display. The electric CNC is used for the left and right box size, and the cardboard with the width less than 800mm is double-station work, which realizes quick change of order.
11) Negative pressure type adsorption leading edge paper feeding system makes the work stable and the paper feeding is accurate without damaging the cardboard.
12) The power adopts no key connection, the indentation size is adjustable, the line width is 6-20mm, and it can be adjusted freely.
13) This machine is equipped with an early warning device. When working, the operator should start the equipment after warning, so that the front and rear operators of the equipment can be safely secured.
